  • Belle Pelvic PT is considered an out-of-network provider. Each appointment is a full hour dedicated completely to you - in order to do so, we function as a fee-for-service provider with payment due at the time of your visit. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with an itemized superbill that you then submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Many insurance providers will provide some level of reimbursement for out-of-network expenses. In addition, out-of-network expenses can be paid using funds from your HSA, FSA, or HRA. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to your visit to verify out-of-network benefits/coverage for possible reimbursement after your visit.
