Our Mission

Belle Pelvic Physical Therapy was born out of the idea of removing the stigma, misconceptions, and barriers to care associated with pelvic floor dysfunction. We provide prenatal and postpartum therapy services in addition to pelvic floor rehabilitation and general orthopedic therapy on the North Shore of Boston, MA. We believe every patient deserves a unique and individualized approach. When you are a patient at Belle Pelvic Physical Therapy each visit is one on one, and each plan is specifically created to meet your needs.

  • Prepare

Prior to a large surgical intervention many patients will attend physical therapy prior to their surgery to ensure the best results post-operatively. We think that it is time for the same principles to be applied to labor and delivery. Our goal is to help you with therapy services leading up to labor and delivery to help reduce the incidence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Having a solid foundation heading into delivery can help set you up for success postpartum.

  • Restore

If you struggle with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, years of urinary incontinence, pain related to endometriosis or other pelvic floor pain then we believe pelvic floor rehabilitation is right for you. We will help come up with a plan for addressing these to restore your pelvic floor to its full potential.

  • Empower

We want to offer women a pathway to feeling empowered and hopeful that they can overcome their specific problem and that there are options to treat issues.

Make you feel confident in your body, in yourself, and understand that you don't have to “just live with it” and avoid saying “if only someone had told me”

We want to empower you with the skills to overcome your specific problem so that you can feel confident about your body and yourself and understand that you don’t have to “just live with it”.
